Return & Refund Policy

ORDER MISTAKES

If we made a mistake while packing your order, we want to make it right!
Please reach out to us at sam.boysen@miracletouchstudio.com. within
14 (fourteen) calendar days of receiving your order so we can get you the
correct items right away. If you have to return anything to us because we
messed up, we will cover the return shipping. 

Please include in your email:

Your name, Your order number, Details about your order issue and items missing, and Photographs
of your order are also helpful to speed up the resolution process.

BUYER’S REMORSE 

We hope you love everything you receive from Miracle touch Studio, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reasonable cause, please refer to our below return policies. 

You can initiate a return by emailing us at sam.boysen@miracletouchstudio.com. within
30 (thirty) calendar days of receipt of your order.

Please include in your email your name, order number, and
details about what you would like to return with reasonable cause and
photos. 

Stickers, Enamel pins, Keychains, Enamel Pin Boards, and
Other non-apparel items

Non-apparel items may be returned if they are unused and in
brand-new condition. Please be advised that if you are returning items for any
reason other than a mistake on our part, you will be responsible for the return
shipping. 

After we receive your items and they are in returnable
condition, we will process a full refund (minus the initial shipping charge).
Please allow 3-10 business days for your refund to be processed. 

Apparel 

Due to the nature of certain wearable items and apparel
(i.e. t-shirts, fabric bags, mini bags etc) we cannot accept returns or
exchanges on most items that can be worn. There is a hygienic and sanitary risk
in accepting returned items that we cannot mitigate. 

Please utilize our average sizing labels to help you pick
the right size for women's clothing items since they cannot be exchanged for a
different size. 

Blankets and Plushies 

As with apparel, there is a sanitation risk in allowing
fabric items like blankets and plushies (a.k.a. stuffed animals/toys) to be
returned to us. For that reason, blankets and plushies may be
returned only if they are in their original, unopened packaging and
in the same condition they were sent. Returned blankets or plushies that have
odors, stains, abnormal wear and tear, or are not in the original packing with
tags intact will not be refunded.

If you are returning blankets or plushies for any reason
other than a mistake on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping. 

After we receive your items and they are in returnable
condition, we will process a full refund (minus the initial shipping charge).
Please allow 3-10 business days for your refund to be processed. 

Non-Returnable Items

If you mail us any items that are non-returnable based on
the guidelines above, we will not be responsible for providing a refund and
will also not be liable for mailing your items back to you. Please be
absolutely certain before sending items for return that they are in new and
unused condition (unless the reason for return is a mistake on our part).

Figurines

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any resin
figurines due to potential return damage and new / unused condition for resale
under any circumstance.

Waiting on a Refund for Buyer’s Remorse 

If you are waiting on a refund for a return, please first
check the tracking number for your return parcel. Keep in mind that since you
are the shipper of the return parcel, we will not have access to information
about that package’s tracking details. 

If your package shows to be delivered at our facility,
please allow 3-10 business days (Monday through Friday and excluding
holidays/weekends) for your refund to be processed. If you still have not
received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first if
they are still processing the refund payment.

If you have been waiting over 10 business days and your bank
cannot confirm the refund is being processed, please reach out to us at sam.boysen@miracletouchstudio.com.

Processing Policy

Please allow-3-4 business days (Monday – Friday) to ship your order. If we are out of stock we are still selling Per-orders while restocking (remaking more items).
